Springtime Paint & Sip Night

06:30 PM — 10:00 PM

It's been ages since we staged our last paint night fundraiser. That means there's no better reason to put on another one! Come roll up your sleeves and join Cathy Durham with a glass of wine as she helps you channel your inner Picasso to create a springtime memory. Participants will create an 11" by 14" canvas using acrylic paints. All tools and supplies are included with admission, but you may bring your own brushes if you wish. For more info: www.svtc.ca

Arsenic and Old Lace - May 11th Dinner Theatre

07:30 PM — 09:30 PM

Drama critic Mortimer Brewster's engagement announcement is upended when he discovers a corpse in his elderly aunts' window seat. Mortimer rushes to tell Abby and Martha before they stumble upon the body themselves, only to learn that the two old women aren't just aware of the dead man in their parlour, they killed him! Between his aunts’ penchant for poisoning wine, a brother who thinks he's Teddy Roosevelt, and another brother using plastic surgery to hide from the police - not to mention Mortimer's own hesitancy about marriage - it'll be a miracle if Mortimer makes it to his wedding. Arsenic and Old Lace is a classic black comedy about the only thing more deadly than poison: family. Tickets are $27.00 MAY 11th DINNER THEATRE PEFORMANCE: $52.00 Doors open at 5:30 PM, dinner served at 6:00 PM, show at 7:30 PM. Pasta supper with Caesar salad, rolls, dessert, and coffee/tea.
